Emotional Labor

Between hormones, no energy, lack of sleep and/or frequent trips to the bathroom there often isn't space set aside for process our emotional side of this beautiful transition. This is a time of growth on many levels and I will be there to support your needs. I am trained and experienced working with execting people with a range of Perinatal Mental Health and Anxiety Disorders (PMADs). There will be no judgement from me. We can work together to have a plan in place that works for you. I am a Certified HypnoBabies Hypno-Doula if you have taken a course and are looking for specific support.

In-person Labor/birth support

I will be there when you are ready for support and cheer you on from close by until you are ready. I am available to assist with comfort measures, be a resource when needed and hold space for you and your support team.

Assist with comfort measures

I will be available prenatally and during your labor and birth to assist you and your support team with any comfort measures you are interested in. I am trained and experienced in many modalities including accupressure, assisting position changes, herbalism, aromatherapy and hyrdotherapy. We will have many options to work through encourage the birth experience you are working toward.

I am a Certified HypnoBabies Hypno-Doula. If you are looking for support during your birthing time I can be available to meet with you to help you enjoy the easy and calm birth you will have.

I work independently as a professional birth doula and postpartum doula to assist expecting people and families with babies in their first year. My services range are for all types of families and I will meet you where you are at today (or night). This is your time. As a independent doula I offer a few different levels of support at competitive rates. If you are interested in experienced and reliable support, then you came to the right place. You can call, text or email me to choose a plan that fits the level of support you and your growing family are interested in. My rates include my commitment to you to provide exceptional care when you are ready for my support. We will work together to create your individual birth doula package and payment arrangement. I offer payment plans, discounts for payment in full, and/or can assist you in receiving doula support as a gift from family and friends.
